Can the portal use my company branding?
Yes. The SaaS portal supports company branding and plan-dependent capabilities such as custom domains and branded email.
Does every file get processed automatically?
No. Automation is only used for supported and sufficiently certain workflows. Other jobs remain available for manual handling.
How does the WinOLS automation work?
Incoming files can be matched against an indexed WinOLS project library. Eligible exact matches can follow an automated workflow, while uncertain or unmatched files remain under manual control.
Can customers choose their own language?
Yes. English is the default, while customers can choose from the languages enabled by the portal.
Can I connect local processing software?
Yes. The bridge architecture is designed to connect the hosted portal to supported processing systems on your own infrastructure.
How does the AutoTuner file workflow work?
A customer can upload an encrypted .slave file. The connected workflow can decrypt it to BIN, route the BIN through an eligible processing path and encrypt the completed file back to .slave for customer delivery.
